The Auckland City Office (ACO) is a refined transformation of a blank 430sqm space into a dynamic, functional workplace. Custom joinery defines zones—workstations, breakout areas, and informal spaces—while maintaining spatial fluidity. Inspired by the building’s art deco heritage, the design incorporates clean geometries, bespoke finishes, and 1920s-inspired elegance.
