There may be a few around now but back when this client engaged our services Yoda smokers and Texan BBQs where quite rare in NZ.
Not for long this fun space with theatrical lighting, a real tree as the kitchen servery (yes a real tree) brought BBQ cooking to every ones attention. Long communal tables and leather booths, with the BBQ actually inside the building, a challenge all by itself, makes this venue all about the meat.
