New Zealand is famous for its coffee and this old Santos coffee site in Ponsonby is probably responsible for a large part of that fame. So to be commissioned to design its replacement Izzard had a lot of responsibility on its shoulders. A challenge we did not take lightly and hours of attention to detail design time was undertaken to produce a beautiful space deserved of its history and reputation.
